Zambezi (Bull) Shark Research Project

In 2007, SAMPLA partnered with NGO Sharklife to initiate a Zambezi Shark Research Project in Ponto Do Ora, Mozambique. The initial pilot study aimed to ascertain the feasibility of the research site and the direction of the Zambezi shark research project. Zambezi shark research has been non-existent in Southern Africa, and this project represents the first steps to address this lack of knowledge. Read more
